It was Swami Vivekananda who introduced Vedanta philosophy to the world. There was some such charm in his personality that even today he is a role model for every Indian. Here are his 10 sutras, by following which the youth can make even the impossible possible, turn their dreams into reality.
1. Nothing is impossible
I firmly believe that no power in this universe can prevent any person from achieving what he truly deserves. If the mind is awakened to its full potential, then everything is attainable. Even mountains can be reduced to ashes. Everything must bow before the strong will, because it comes from God. A pure and mighty will is all-powerful.
2. You are the maker of your own destiny
Stand up, be brave, be strong. Carry the whole weight of responsibility on your own shoulders and recognize that you are the master of your own fate. Whatever strength and help you seek, it is within you. Those who work with all the heart and all the powers of the soul, they not only achieve success in it, but also get to know the hidden ultimate truth by immersing in it.
3. Love is the Law of Life
When there is love in the heart for all beings, we expand like all beings. If there is love only for ourselves, then we become narrow in ourselves. He who loves, lives. He who is selfish is going to die. The more love and purity we descend within ourselves, the more we see them outside.
The power of love only gives the strength to fight the sorrows, troubles and troubles in the world, just like you breathe to stay alive. The world is waiting for such people, whose life itself is a symbol of selfless love. The love of such a person will electrify every word he utters and no human being will be able to resist him.
4. The world is beautiful
First of all believe that there is some meaning behind everything in this world. Nothing happens unnecessarily here. Everything in this world is good, beautiful and holy. If you are seeing something wrong here, then know that you are not understanding properly.
We should make our heart as big as the ocean so that all the pettiness of the world may be contained in it, but we should not be affected by them at all.
5. Believe in yourself
You become what you perceive about yourself. If you think of yourself as weak, you will become weak. If you believe you are powerful, you will become strong. If you think yourself a sage, you will eventually become one.
There is no power on Earth that can stand in your way. The most important religion is to be honest to oneself. Have faith in yourself. You can't believe in God if you don't trust in yourself.
6. Know thyself
Know yourself, who you really are, the eternal soul. This is the real religion. Everything else is false, because everything else will one day disappear. Learn to feel yourself inside other bodies. Know that we are all one.
The closer we are to the divine, the fewer opportunities there will be in our lives to cry or shout. The more we are away from God, the more downcast faces we will see.
7. Determination is the way to success
Stick to one idea. Make that thought your life. Think about it, dream about it. Live that thought in such a way that your mind, muscles, nerves and every part of your body is filled with that thought and all other thoughts are discarded.
This is the path to success and this is the path by which great spiritual great men are created. Others are just talking machines.
8. Be truthful
Tell people what is true fearlessly. Do not pay attention to whether it hurts anyone or not. Never give place to weakness. If the light of truth seems bright to the wise and it carries them away, let it carry it away. The sooner they go away, the better.
Remember, everything can be given up for the sake of truth, but truth cannot be given up for anything. Truth, Purity and Paramarth – Wherever these are present, above or below the sun, there is no such force that can move that person. When possessed of these, one becomes capable of facing the opposition of the entire universe.
9. Power is Life
Live and die in your own strength. Strength is life, weakness is death. Shakti is pleasing, indestructible and has eternal life. Weakness is constant stress and misery. Weakness is death.
The supreme symbol of strength is to keep yourself humble and keep your feet on the ground. Even if death is in front of you, you should not show any weakness.
10. Your aim is to be free from every bondage
If we find ourselves imprisoned in bonds after being born in this world, then it means we have created all of these bonds by our actions. We are not bound by anything created by God.
If you realize you're free, you're free right now. Remember that you are the soul, free and immortal, always free and glorious.
